By booking a tour with us (via our booking engine Eventbrite), you agree to be bound by Eventbrite’s and the following terms and conditions.

Changes to Tours
We reserve the right to make last minute changes to your tour experiences.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to change your booking. If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or otherwise offer you a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour, we reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee.

By law, we cannot allow you to smoke on our tour bus. You agree to restrict any smoking for times when you are off and away from the bus, and understand that we may cancel the tour on the spot if you breach this condition.

We want you to have fun and let your hair down, but we will not tolerate bad behavior. Any guest that is rude or aggressive towards our driver, or other guests, will be asked to leave the tour immediately.

Cleaning fee
In the event that you cause damage to our bus, we reserve our right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 to your credit card.

NSW Department of Gaming and Racing Liquor Act 1982: It is an offence to sell, or supply to, or obtain liquor on the behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. By Accepting Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.

Privacy Policy

Montebello Estate is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. Thomas Allen Wines is dedicated to keeping your details private and all the information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.

We will not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal information with anyone.

When purchasing wines via the Thomas Allen Wines website, your card details are transmitted via a secure server using Westpac’s PayWay.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence by telephone, email, via our website www.montebellohuntervalley.com.au and from Eventbrite.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. • For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Montebello Estate will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
